Cleaning Fee
A non-refundable £20 cleaning fee is required for all room bookings and must be paid at the time of reservation. Bookings without the fee will be cancelled. By booking, you agree to this fee.
Payment Before Arrival
Payment via bank transfer is required before arrival. The property will contact you after booking to provide further instructions.
Identification and Payment
Guests are required to present a photo identification and a credit card upon check-in.
Damage Deposit
A damage deposit of £250 is required prior to arrival. This deposit will be collected via bank transfer. You will be reimbursed within seven working days upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
Rental Agreement
Guests will receive a rental agreement that must be signed and returned to the property prior to arrival. If guests do not receive the agreement on time, they should contact the property management company using the phone number provided in the booking confirmation.
