By making a reservation at My Nites, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please review them carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay.
Reservations
- The entire property is typically available for booking; however, availability for specific travel dates must be confirmed. Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a booking confirmation email or message.
- Full payment or a valid credit card guarantee is required to secure your booking.
- Group bookings (5 or more rooms) must be made directly with the My nites and may have additional terms or deposit requirements.
- Standard check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM.
- Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request, subject to availability and additional fees.
- Guests must present a valid government-issued photo ID (passport or driver's license) and a credit card upon check-in.
- Payment for the stay must be settled at check-in. We accept credit/debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or cash.
- A refundable £250 security deposit is required via bank transfer and will be refunded upon check-out, subject to a property inspection.
- Cancellation and modification policies apply to all bookings. Please review your booking confirmation for specific details.
- Free cancellation is allowed up to 24 hours before the scheduled check-in time. Cancellations within 24 hours of check-in or no-shows will incur a charge equivalent to the first night's stay.
- Non-refundable bookings are not eligible for refunds or modifications.
- Children are welcome. Please inquire about age restrictions or additional policies for children.
- Rooms are designed to accommodate a specified number of guests. Over-occupancy may result in additional charges or cancellation.
- Hosting events or parties is not permitted without prior approval. Contact us to discuss event requirements, including decoration, photography, and videography services, which are available upon request for additional charges.
- Pets are not allowed at the property. Please contact us for any special requests or clarifications regarding pet policies.
- Free parking is not available on-site. Please inquire for details on nearby parking options.
- Guests are responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. The £250 refundable security deposit will be used to cover damages, if applicable.
- My Nites is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
- My Nites is a non-smoking property. Smoking is only permitted in designated areas outside.
- A £100 cleaning fee will be charged for smoking in non-designated areas or inside the property.
- By booking with us, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in line with our privacy policy.
- Guests may receive marketing communications with offers and promotions but can opt out at any time.
- These terms are governed by English law, and disputes fall under the jurisdiction of UK courts.
- My Nites is not liable for circumstances beyond its control, such as natural disasters, strikes, or government restrictions.
- My Nites reserves the right to amend these terms without prior notice. The latest version will be available on our website.
